Saint Lucia is a picturesque Caribbean island boasting a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a thriving tourism industry.
It offers one of the newest citizenship-by-investment programmes, launched in 2015, which allows individuals to obtain citizenship through either a donation or a property investment. This flexibility enables individuals to choose the option that best suits their needs.
Key Benefits
- Citizenship and a passport can be obtained in as little as six months.
- A single investment benefits the whole family: spouses, children under 30, unmarried siblings of the main applicant under 18, and parents over 55 can apply simultaneously.
- The application process requires no visit to Saint Lucia by the investor.
- No tax or language requirements.
- No personal income tax, capital gains tax, net wealth tax, inheritance tax or gift tax. No worldwide taxation.
- The passport grants visa-free access to over 140 countries and territories, including all Commonwealth nations and the European Union.
