01 National Transformation Fund Contribution

The National Transformation Fund (NTF) is a core component of Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment Programme, with a minimum investment of USD 235,000 for this option.

02 Property Investment

Applicants may also choose the property investment route. This route requires a minimum investment of USD 270,000 in a government-approved property project. By investing in this sector, participants not only obtain citizenship but also own property in Grenada.
